Ordered general gau’s chicken and it was dry and overcooked. It was as if it had been sitting all day and they just reheated it. Also ordered sausage fried rice. Typically when you order this at a Chinese restaurant, they mean Chinese sausage. NOT kielbasa. Highly disappointed. And the kielbasa was so bland too. Never ordering from here again
This place is awful i gave it three tries and each time it disappoints. I will never go here again.
I'm so conflicted because the food is amazing, the dumplings and pork buns are some of the best in the Boston area. The issue with them is that they need to get it together when it comes to delivery. Tonight was the 3rd time that my order took 2 hours to get to my house. I live 19 minutes from the shop. 2 hours to deliver on a Monday night is unacceptable. Either get more drivers or don't take delivery orders you can't make within an hour. (Note: my order was only two different kind of dumplings. Had it been a huge order it would have been a different story but two hours for such a small order is ridiculous.) Get your delivery game together Buns House!!!
I ordered takeout from here with my husband and we really enjoyed it. The vegetarian dishes we got were delicious. The spices were different than what we've had before, so it wasn't your typical Chinese restaurant. We liked the vegetarian dishes a lot.
Very high quality Chinese food, with lots of homemade items. Been here about a dozen times and have always left happy. Very fast service as well. The dumplings are fantastic.
