This store has certainly turned around. Andy and Kevin are extremely helpful. Andy is always helpful in ordering things I need. The gals at the checkout are wonderful. I usually know exactly what I need. Employees let me shop and when I do need help they are there to help. Great store.
Usually I love higginbotham. It’s my go to for everything. I stopped in at the Breckinridge store to pick something up on my way home. When I came in, the girl at the register greeted me, but she had at least 7 people in her line. There was no one else to be found anywhere. I spent 25 minutes looking for what I needed or someone to help me, and I got nothing. I decided to leave. When I did, there was who I assumed to be the manager that day, standing in the door frame of the office texting away on his phone. When I walked out, the girl at the front still had a line and had no help. If there were other workers at the store that day, they were nowhere to be found like the manager. I won’t go back to the Breckinridge location.
