Prices are high but the selection is great. The only problem I have is the women manager they have is the worst. She acts like she is doing you a favor letting you buy something. However everyone else there is great. But there are solo many times I just go somewhere else to keep from dealing with her.
Good store had a return make sure you don't tear the box they don't like it. Ace gave me the worng part if it had been the right part box would have been in the trash.
The prices for one are outrageous. 1.07 for a 3/4 pvc coupling that costs .30 from a smaller store in the same town and else where is just plain wrong and it’s the same way with all the other items here as well. Next is the employees stalk you around the store like you’re a thief and then can’t help you when ask. The manager has no clue what 90% of what’s actually in the store unless it’s in the clothing section. Me as an individual and as a business owner refuse to shop there anymore until the problems are resolved.
Worst costumer service around. They follow you around the store like your trying to rob them and then to the register too. No returns even when they sell you the wrong item. Now I see why more and more people stop going to ace
