Such amazing work is being done here! We visited and paid a wee fee for a tour of the animal facilities The Texas Sealife Center has volunteers that work tirelessly to care for a variety of animals and inform the public about them and their rehabilitation efforts. We learned a lot and are happy that animals have advocates like these folks!
Short tour (about 25 minutes) and small facility but the young lady who gave us the tour today was informative and pleasant. My kids enjoyed learning about the rescued animals especially the turtles. Turtle lovers will like this place.
This was a really neat place. The staff was very knowledgeable and passionate about the animals they're helping at their facility. Loved Boris the Russian tortoise!!
This place was amazing and eye opening! Please visit and support this rescue center! I really enjoyed the personal tour and the hospitality!
Don't touch the sea turtles! Other than that feel free to have a great time! Seriously though this is a great organization that does a lot of good for the sea life community. Definitely worth checking out. The guide is extremely informative.
