Customer Satisfaction NOT Guaranteed. I wasted my time and money buying paint from the Lampasas Ace Hardware. Apparently their customer satisfaction is not guaranteed and definitely not a priority. I bought 5 gallons of paint that i wanted to be an off white/ light grey when i put it on my walls it looked lavender. It's awful and they wouldn't help or try to fix it I was told I could buy more paint. They are ud83duddd1 trash! If you are on a budget I do Not suggest you go there instead go somewhere they will help you the first time to get it right!

I was sincerely shocked to go into this Ace and see no employees or customers wearing a mask in the middle of this pandemic. ‘Friendliness’ rating goes out the door when the owners of this store are not willing to enforce something so simple as wearing a mask, to protect my health , the health of their employees, and other customers. We will be shopping at Ace in Cove, where they are doing their best to prevent Covid-19 spread.
