I want to highly commend the staff at the Clear Lake location, specifically, Chelsea, Bekah, Natasha & Robert. I was searching for a specific metric screw for my Jeep handle. It seemed dang near impossible to find one that had a smaller head to fit thru the handle hole. Chelsea even took the time to come look at it, so she could see what we were dealing with. She was determined to find a solution and played a huge part in it. Thanks to the team effort of this amazing crew brainstorming, they found me a screw and customized it to fit. I received outstanding customer service from the second I walked in, to when I left. You do not find this at a Home Depot or Lowes. Thank you all for your help, much appreciated and Kudos to everyone!

A little disorganized. Customer service seems to be eager. Not a deep knowledge base of basic tools or location of items. It's an okay place for a quick stop.
