I have had an appointment for 3 weeks. I got there on time sat for over 30 minutes. Nail tech claims she text me to tell me she’s running “a little late,” it’s now 40 minutes after my appointment time and asks me to come back later. I work, I made this appointment took a 90 min block off from work for this and nothing. I’m
so upset. Unprofessional, and I would give no stars if possible. Thanks for waisting my time
Awful experience. My wife went and waited 45 minutes after her appointment. We paid with a gift card and they still charged my card $65 and refuse to refund me. They keep making excuses and promising me to call back and resolve this matter. Its been 2 weeks and they still haven't tried to contact me or correct their mistake. Do not go unless you have all day and like paying $130 plus tip for one set of nails.
I was going to a different nail salon over the last year and slowly the quality got so bad that I had to find a new salon. I called 3D nails and they were amazing and got me in quickly. Yendy removed my nails and gave me a new set. She was sooooo careful not to damage my real nails. My new nails looks amazing. These ladies take a little bit longer but the quality is worth the extra time. I will definitely be coming back!
I love this place. The girls here are very professional, talented and they are super sweet. This is the best place to get your nails done.
