My boyfriend and I had a great experience here today. We decided to purchase a grill , and the first employee to help us was Bailey. She was so kind and professional. She got us checked out right away. Then Scott helped us with the grill. He was so upbeat and positive and made the process so easy. Both employees displayed a great deal of professionalism and kindness. Thank you to both of them!
Every single time I come here they have less than 50% of the items I need. Ive even looked online and their online inventory does not accurately reflect what is in stock on their shelves so it's hard to even look ahead to see. There is never anyone around to even ask for help. The only reason they get two stars is because the customer service was super helpful in finding things however I had to drive to another Home Depot to get it. The Lowes up the road had everything I needed, accurately reflected on their website, and easy to find.
Mark in hardware is the best employee at any home depot hands down. Super helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the entire store and all the products. Give that man a raise ASAP.
All three of the people I dealt with were wonderful. But that doesn't alter the fact that they could not find any of the 28 stair stringers they supposedly had in stock to satisfy the paid order of 6 when I went to pick it up. They managed to find some at another store - that was actually able to find theirs - but then wanted me to pay more than 100% of the cost to have them delivered. I realize everyone is having inventory problems. But lost inventory is different.
