We gave them the most straight forward case in the world. Stole my property, I gave them video footage of the perpetrator doing it, getting into the car with the license plate number, address, and name of the guy, everything.nnCase is in suspended status. This happened in August of 2019. I’m really about to drive to the guys house with the strap and get my property back myself because my tax dollars obviously aren’t going anywhere.

You better off dealing with issues on your own. When you call them, IF they show up, they won't help you. My friend and I were assaulted in Deep Ellum for no reason. Called DPD they did absolutely nothing. Never even arrested the guy. Months later still nothing then they closed the case. I wish our tax dollars didn't go to them.
