I greatly appreciated working with Bill & Danny. Team was professional in every way. Their advice was practical & sound. My heat was down, the team came right out to meet with me, scheduled me in asap! Awesome cleanup after job completion. Company also provided on the spot financing alternatives. I do highly recommend New Era to all. Great represent for our local businesses.

I have been using them for almost 3 yrs from putting a gas pipe for my dryer to fixing a tankless boiler and other issues. They have gone above and beyond to provide the best customer experience. They called the manufacturer, they did everything. Dan, Justin and Elliot were very helpful. The secretaries were super nice and helpful. Very professional. Can definitely guaranteed and trust them with any job.

We could not have been happier! Danny and his technicians are always on time, super friendly and absolutely reliable. We changed from oil to gas and decided for a instant water heater and a gas furnace. Dannie explained all options to us in great detail and was always available for any questions. We bought a 120 year old house and are so happy to have found NewEra as our go to plumber service!

Excellent service all-around! First, we had a very positive experience on the phone -- the office staff made a great first impression on us when we called yesterday afternoon.nnTwo plumbers came to our condo unit today (we are in downtown Lowell) and they were great. I took just a moment to explain our issue (we've had problems with our downstairs toilet for 10+ years but it recently became completely unusable, and disgusting). They went right to work. They presented me with several options, and I ultimately chose to have the toilet replaced. These guys took care of everything. They explained a few things to me as they went, but I mostly tried to stay out of their way and let them get the job done, which they did.nnThe end result is that a few hours later, we've got a brand new toilet and we can use our downstairs bathroom again.nnThe price felt reasonable, the guys clearly knew what they were doing, and they solved our problem completely.nnI'm VERY glad I called this service yesterday! Easy choice here to give five stars. I hope I don't experience any plumbing issues again anytime soon, but if I do? I've got their number saved.
