I haven't had a bad experience here. Today, I needed a vast assortment of pipe/plumbing. Jimmy was the best. He spent about 45 minutes stepping me thru everything I needed. He was super knowledgeable about everything. Then me handed us off to Brittany who checked us out. She has helped us before and is awesome, friendly and engaging. We come from out of town and drive past 2 big box hardware stores and 1 smaller store to get to Ford.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Only giving 4 stars because they often run out of stock on items needed and a good inventory counter will keep supplies stocked in store.
