We LOVE this place! My daughter is two and we’ve taken her about 6 times. She loves it more and more every time. The animals are so interactive- they come right up to the tram and eat out of your bucket. Sometimes they even chase the tram! Such a fun experience for a family. 10/10 recommend!
Really cool experience! The owner(Dana) was engaged with everyone and all of the staff(from the payment window to everyone inside the zoo) just awesome!! Parking was organized and signs everywhere. Cool food trucks and a gift shop on premises for a quick snack while waiting for the tram. We waited approximately 48mins(it was due to spring break)so I expected that. The trams are consistently pulling in so time does fly while waiting. However, during the wait, you can enjoy the nice colorful chairs and picnic tables with umbrellas to sit and enjoy the view of animals approach the fence all around. When our names were called, we walked to the tram and greeted by our tour guide Judy. She was very sweet and informative. . She didn’t overload with a lot of passengers so we had room and still had social distancing (we chose to wear our masks). She gave the disclaimer of which animals would snatch your buckets ud83dude01 and Yep! Our buckets snatched by the zebra who wanted all the feed. It was a cool experience and didn’t have to travel far for a little outdoor fun.
We got to the zoo 30min early to beat the crowd on a Spring Break Friday. The line went fast and everything was very organized. We brought our 3 kids under 6yrs old and they had a blast! The tram ride was so fun, we got gift shop goodies and everything was very clean! Food trucks were a bonus. Loved every bit of it!
This place is really cool. There's a lot of different animals and on the trail ride the instructor we had was very informative of each animal. The only problem was the wait time for the trail ride because of so many people and not much to do in the meantime. Other than that me and my daughter had a great time. Seems appropriate for all ages.
We've brought the family twice this year and our experiences have been Great both times. Bring a picnic lunch and have some outdoor fun after experiencing the tram ride through the park. Well kept animals, clean facilities. Good family day of fun.
