This is a tiny town. City hall the police and water company are in this building. The police are polite and friendly. All the city employees have always been extremely helpful.

What kind of place gives someone a 200 dollar ticket for not making a complete stop. An only gives them 10 days to pay it. I will from now on drive out of my way to not go through oyster creek
