Kim Blanton is a great realtor! My husband and I are not only first time home buyers but we also relocated from California to Tennessee. Kim was there to hold our hand and help us through the transition. There are many things that are new to us (especially moving to the country) and Kim was knowledgeable and provided all the information we needed. She was great in the negation process making sure we, the buyers, were protected. And now that the home buying process is over Kim is still available to us to answer questions and continue to help us transition. Less than 2 months after our first contact with Kim on her website, we closed on our dream house/horse farm! More impressive is that this was a long-distance search/move from the Northeast to Tennessee. Kim’s professionalism, knowledge, wisdom, resources, and experience in real estate throughout middle TN (as well as vast experience with horses) helped us to identify properties that would be best suited for both our family and our horses.
