General Jackson Showboat

It was great. The staff was friendly and the entertainment was terrific. It was a little cold outside but the inside was perfect temperature. I would have liked the piano man to play a little longer through our dinner but it still was nice.

My wife and I had a wonderful time on the General Jackson. The entertainers were very talented and we enjoyed every minute of the show. The food was the best I've ever had on a dinner cruise and the servers tried their best to keep everyone happy. The boat is quite large and comfortable.

This boat trip was highly recommended. Can honestly say we came away pretty disappointed.nThe service was awful as our waiter didn’t even take a drink order from us the entire trip. The food was average.nThe performance was actually really good. The issue is that they only performed for 45 minutes on a 3 hour boat trip. I would have liked to see them or entertainment for atleast half the boat the time.nAlso, about the drink order, when I asked my supposed server about drinks he responded by telling me “ it was faster to go all the way to the back and bottom of the ship to get my own drink. I think we were sitting for 30 minutes before we even got a glass of water.nWe spent 200 bucks and can’t even get a beer. That’s service for ya!

First of all the ambiance, the staff and the boat cruise is nice, but I was quite bored after the piano player ended. Then the girl sang, was really good, but sang 1 song??? Come on this is a dinner cruise, I was expecting entertainment while I was eating my food, which was quite delicious. I don't know.

Awesome time! Waiters were excellent and friendly! Great service! Food was great and so we're the drinks and the show that was performed!
