Wingate by Wyndham Nashville Airport

The hotel itself is very clean and nice. The hot water pressure was low, the breakfast that they advertise wasn't there, no cleaning service, and lastly we had to wait the next day to get clean towels they ran out of towels. For the money I expected better.

This was an EXCELLENT CHOICE for my unexpectedly long stay!! Every single staff member was great and accommodating, and helpful. Elizabeth, Brian, Kenny, Anton, and the two ladies and the African guy whose names I wish I knew but they were all just congenial, professionally welcoming, and the embodiment of hospitality. This was a clean property. I've never seen so many clean trash cans well placed around a hotel property before. I was impressed and it made it easier to conform to the COVID-19 limits on housekeeping access. Everybody chipped in on helping with housekeeping like towel replenishment since the housekeeping staff was limited in access to my room. And, when housekeeping did come in, they did a great job. This is the place to stay!!nnThe one drawback is that there isn't much in the area in the way of stores or restaurants and the places that deliver charge high delivery fees.

Would not grant a 12 o'clock checkout to a Wyndham Rewards diamond status member. Really disappointed that I would have this problem at a Wingate. They are usually a cut above, but not this location. Front desk claimed they were sold out for the next day, but a quick check of the Wyndham app showed they had plenty of every room type available. So yeah, they are straight up dishonest.nnRoom was so so. Clean and smelled okay. Mattress was too soft. Desk chair was noticably uncomfortable. Had to use one of the pillows to keep the top bar from digging into my back. Shower had low water pressure and the water was barely warm--4 days in a row. (If you think it's just sour grapes on my part have a look at the other reviews.) They obviously have the temp turned way down to save money. Time to ditch the Motel 6 style management and get someone who understands the importance of class and customer service. The details will make you and break you in this business because there are plenty of alternative places to stay.

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable. Check in and out was easy. Breakfast was a grab and go. We only stayed 1 night. Overall, no complaints.

The first night was great- room was clean, hotel itself was clean and the walk-in shower was huge. Close enough to Nashville venues. The second night was terrible and I did complain to no avail. There was a large group of parents with a traveling ball team that apparently thought they were the only guests at the hotel. Our entire floor wreaked of marijuana. There were kids and parents running the halls well into 3:00am. The hotel staff could not keep up with the trash left behind by these folks in every trash can. They dumped their left over food everywhere including the parking lot. In between the pot and left over trash from food bags, the smell in the elevators and hallway was overwhelming. When I complained, I was told that it had been a very busy night for the night crew due to all the kids running the halls and having to wake up their sleeping parents. Not exactly the response I expected. Will be following up with corporate on this one. Very disappointed in the hotel as well as people in general allowing their kids to behave so poorly.
