Durham Farms

Really nice community with a pool and a playground for kids. The houses are beautiful but yards are really small. Dog park and walking trails are really nice, big gym with a variety of equipment.

Thought this would be a great place to live until we were lied to about the 150+ rentals coming to the neighborhood & the fact that I have to tell my neighbor that we’re getting a “privacy” fence.nAlready ready to sell the house we literally just bought.

Thought it was going to be a great place, until they decided the wanted rentals in the neighborhood. Never disclosed this information when purchasing. They are two faced.

Santa did drive through visits

Seems like a nice new community. Houses are close together so if you like that kinda thing you will love it here.
