I have tried several different carwash places, and I mostly like the way Mister's wash works. I've been working with the manager at the Sandy location to improve the under-damped operation of the vertical brushes - they probably work just fine on a larger vehicle, but 'hit and miss' my Leaf on the right side. He's made a couple of adjustments, but it's not quite there yet.
I love Mister Car wash! It feels so good to drive a clean car. I am looking forward to when full service begins again. Thank you Mister Car Wash.

Your employees are all very nice. We like the extended hours that you e-mailed about a bit ago, but haven't used the extra time yet.
I like the unlimited car wash, and I like all the locations. I wish the car wash did a better job of getting the bugs off the front of the car. Even when I go through twice my car isn’t very clean.
when you first opened you were great. then service got worse.....before pandemic. complained but never got better.
