I called because they were two giant dogs running around my neighborhood and I couldn’t take my dog outside. Because the last few times he’s been attacked by these random dogs that show up. So I called and she practically tells me there’s nothing that she can do for me unless I know that the animals are aggressive and then asked me if I could go outside to see if they were aggressive. I’m not risking my life for my dogs life because they don’t want to send anybody out here. It’s ridiculous

I live on Princeton Avenue. Tonight, my neighbor was involved a scary incident while he and his sons were working on his vehicle. Officers McClurg, Joe Gipson, and their Sergeant (cant remember his name) were at the house in less than 60 seconds (with Officer McClurg being first on scene) followed shortly by the fire department and paramedics. These officers responded with care, professionalism and kindness and immediately went to work trying to ensure my neighbor was taking care of. Officer Joe Gipson also took the time to comfort his sons and tried to ensure that it was an accident and that their father showed all the signs that he should make a full recovery. I have to say these gentlemen were top notch and exemplified what it means to serve and protect!

I have never been pulled over for anything in Oak Ridge, Anderson County is another story, I am pulled over constantly for exhaust, and tint. Oak Ridge police are good at doing their jobs, stopping the people that are actually committing crimes.

I’ve met several officers since I’ve lived here and never had a bad interaction with any of them. I recently had to call in and the woman that answered the phone was professional and pleasant.

Wish I knew the officers name but I feel targeted and abused. Arrested for educational neglect, twice because of having trouble with my daughter. My license is suspended so I don't drive. Same officer came for the second educational neglect charge. Tacked on a driving on suspendend charge even though he came and got me from my house and I WAS NOT DRIVING! They are going to drop that charge because it was illegal. But now I feel targeted. I have never been to jail before this.
