Walgreens

Not the greatest customer service. They’ve decided to just fill things 30 at a time, even tho it’s been 90 in the past. I guess they want more copay out of me. Happy to say that I’m changing to the Kroger pharmacy. They were so nice when I spoke with them today. Hope the transition goes smoothly.

Horrible pharmacy. Script was accidentally sent here so went to pick up, no insurance and instead of doing a good rx or script saving card, charged full price and said oh, well ots this amount. Care about customers? Great job walgreens, lost a customer.

I like this location. The store area is clean and the pharmacy is reasonably quick. They’re probably supposed to do this, but Johnathan made my freaking day when he went to get me some cough drops so I didn’t have to come in the store and could get my meds in the drive thru and head home. I felt awful and it was really nice!

I have never been treated as rudely by any other pharmacy department...ever. They do not represent Walgreens well. They make promises they have no intention of keeping. I will no longer have my prescriptions filled there.

They have run out of my prescription multiple times. The latest time they said it won’t be in for four days which is ridiculous.. thank goodness I have extra from previous months to cover for their repeated logistical screwups
