Tanner was super super helpful and awesome. All the workers were having fun and cracking jokes, and made it an enjoyable experience to switch our phone service.

Took about 45 minutes to be waited on. I watched 4 other people walk in and leave because they were tired of waiting. Only reason I stayed is because I drove an hour to get there to pick up a 12 pro, i had called before i came out there. They were out of stock. Went with a 12 instead and nobody told me i would need a wall adapter for usb-c so drove an hour home and couldn't charge my phone. The computers at the store are slower than anything i've ever seen. The guy I spoke with was nice but once this phone is paid off, I will absolutely be switching carriers.

There won't do what the on line person has wrote. And said they wouldn't anyway.

The customer service I have experienced is great! But I highly suggest going elsewhere. This is the slowest data I have ever seen. I cannot use my internet unless I have wifi due to being so slow. I also barely have service anywhere, including my own home or work. I have never seen such bad signal. It is not worth what I am paying.

Absolutely loved this sprint store! I’ve had sprint for a long time and been to quite a few stores and have never the level of customer service I had here and the nice layout And cleanliness of the store. Hunter and Andrea were amazing!!! They helped me with choosing a new phone, transferring my information from my old phone to the new phone, and were accommodating when I told them about my budget. They talked about different promotions and deals they had going on and helped me find the perfect one. Not only that, they made me laugh, feel comfortable, and like I had known them forever. Loved this store, the employees, and the spectacular level of customer service they provided.
