This place has been hit or miss for me. There have been times when I was treated well. Today was different. The manager was difficult. Someone should tell him to be a little warmer to customers. Who knows, maybe he had a fight this morning with his wife, or something. But the guy was still a jerk.nAs of 9/3/2020,. Since my last review, have been there a few times and have been treated quite well. Huge improvement as of late. Would now recommend.
I called to see if the store would price match. I was told they would over the phone. I then asked to confirm the item was in stock. They initially said no but when I looked online it said that it was in stock. I called again and told them that it was in stock and they found it. I asked to hold the item and they said they would hold it for one day and match the price I found. While driving to the store a manager called me and said they can't match the price I found but I could speak to a higher level manager at 11:00 am. The manager showed up to his shift late, and told me they don't match online websites. They wasted my time their time.
Great local hardware store. Quality products and knowledgeable staff. Support them to keep them!
Extremely helpful folks. Put a tool I called ahead about on reserve behind the counter without me even being to ask!
Great selection,friendly staff.Try the pretzels at the register.
