Super 8 by Wyndham Chattanooga/Hamilton Place

I'm giving them a 5 star but the Manager is rude. I'm not gonna let her attitude spoil my opinion of this business. So I'll still give them 5 stars. But if I had to rate her personally. 0 is what she will get. Outside of that the hotel was great. I had a great experience.

The staff was super friendly...other than that, i don't have anything positive to say about this place..we booked for 2 nights but left after one night (we couldn't find any openings, or would have left sooner)..it was honestly a drug motel...the carpet was sticky, there was mold, roaches & pubic hair in our shower, grease on the bathroom floor...thank God i had wipes so i could wipe everything down. But i honestly was scared we were going to contract a disease..there was trash and food all around the bed and the sheets were filthy. Stains on everything

PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not stay here! I was mortified when I walked into my room. The sheets had holes in them from cigarette burns, the lamp shades had mold growing on them, the floors were so disgusting that the bottom of my shoes were literally sticking to the floor of every building I went to for the rest of the day, and there was a disgusting odor you couldn’t run from because the entire building smelled. I don’t see how this place is still open. I value my health so I left as soon as I could. Just pay the extra and stay somewhere else. Your nose and body will thank you!
