Helton Group helped us buy our first home 5 years ago and it was as great of an experience as I could have hoped for. 5 years later they helped us sell our house and it was great once again. Natalie was there for us for all of our questions and even was replying to us over Easter weekend. We had a dozen offers and Natalie helped us select the best one by going through the details with us. She is awesome and would recommend her and the Helton group to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Nashville

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Liza Drake! I am relocating from MN. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, took the time to go over the process, was always available to answer questions and has gone above and beyond to make my buying process go as seamless as possible. The whole team I have worked with have been fantastic! Moving is stressful enough, especially during Covid. I was able to find a place from afar with the confidence it was just what I was looking for all thanks to the help Liza gave me. She is a true gem and so easy to work with. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

I had the pleasure of working with Jessica Fry to purchase a home in Nashville! This was my second home I’ve purchased and the experience between working with Jessica/Helton vs. my previous realtor was night and day. Jessica sat down with me and reviewed the entire process, what to expect, overview of the current market, etc. She took time to learn exactly what I was looking for in a home and what features are most important to me. It only took us a week to find the perfect place. She was able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner and was available for showings on a holiday! I purchased my new home on New Years Day...talk about going the extra mile! I’m so happy to close on my new home and look forward to working with this team again in the future.
