Reached out to Jenny Telwar 1 month before I needed to move and she gave me a great run down of what to expect. Jim Morris was AWESOME and did not hesitate to answer every question I had. You cannot go wrong with these two. Jim is great to reach out to for any investment property purchases. Will be doing business again with Zeitlin very soon.

I would never work with this company. We bought a house from a seller that was represented by one of the realtors of this firm. They took no responsibility to make sure that their client was adhering to the contract that was signed. The seller signed the contract to make minimal inspection repairs, this was after ridiculous negotiations because the seller wouldn’t even do radon remediation which IS usually a seller’s responsibility. However, the seller did not do ANY of the signed inspection repairs. We unfortunately did not discover this until after we closed. We have reached out to the realtor at Zeitlin, but of course she has her commission so she doesn’t care. Unfortunate to have to deal with incompetent people who are so blasé about screwing over people. Good luck if you purchase a house listed through them.
