My wife and I bought two homes, sold one home, and one condo with Greg between 2010 and 2015. Greg is incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. When I would call, he would answer - no question! I'd recommend him to anyone, and in particular those looking to buy or sell high end properties. He's a true expert and a great guy!

This past summer, Mr. Greg Cooley represented me and my family for the purchase of a new home in Franklin, TN. Mr. Cooley proved to be both dependable and trustworthy. In fact, Greg was much more. In addition to being motivated and eager to help me, I found his personal attention, honesty, and professionalism to be unsurpassed. Greg’s tech savvy ways aided the negotiation, offer/acceptance and closing processes.nnIt is also noteworthy to point out that Greg went above and beyond the typical real estate agent’s duties. Our home inspection report revealed several repairs that left the buyer and seller apart on terms. Greg, to his credit, ultimately created a win/win situation for all involved. We would not be in our house today if it were not for Greg Cooley!nnIt is my privilege to recommend Mr. Greg Cooley as a buyer’s and/or seller’s agent in middle Tennessee.

WARNING stay away, I was working with GREG COOLEY he was very nice at first but then when it came down to me looking at another home with another real estate agent he was irate, The whole time i was looking at this home with Greg all he could do is boast about himself the entire time. I then told Greg that we were not interested in the home any more and he continued to yell and swear at me in the middle of the home we were looking at. I am very glad me and my wife did not have our children with us. I hope his management hears about this, This man should not be working with the public. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM GREG COOLEYnnTHE WORST BROKER EVER
