AmeriKey has helped us close on two homes in Nashville. Both times the process was excellent! They helped us find great homes that have been such a blessing to us. We converted our first to a rental and are loving our home in Whispering Hills. AmeriKey was thorough, thoughtful and really helped us fight for a favorable deal both times as we went through the inspection and closing process. Can't recommend this team enough!

Austin and Barbara were great! As a first-time home buyer, I was extremely picky and cautious with my search. It took a while to find a place, but Austin and Barbara were patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. I felt like they were truly invested in helping me find the perfect fit, and made sure to walk me through all the complicated steps of buying a home. They were also very available, and made sure that I never felt like I was on my own during the process. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a realtor!
