The customer service is fine but the cleanliness of this particular restaurant grosses me out. I’ve gone there several times while at Belmont and many times they have used the same knife to cut my sandwich as the person in front of me that had mustard and mayonnaise and what not all over the knife. A few weeks ago I went in to get a sandwich and there was a child maybe three or four years old but I’m assuming was one of the workers kids standing on the counter in his shoes. That is incredibly unsanitary.
Worked at subway for 6 years and I know how I like my sub made but the lady during the day ALWAYS argues with me and does not make it how I want. I ask for extra olives but have to ask 3-4 times to get even sort of what I want and then she says “ I’m out of olives” every time. I have gone here a lot due to the convenience of its location but have never came out satisfied. It’s worth the drive to a further one just to get what o ask for.
I just went there at 1030am when it opens at 10am and it was still closed. I went there 2 weeks ago at 1pm and the door was locked even though the open sign was lit up.
Poor poor service. Not nice and pure laziness. Went to get a salad and the lady said she doesn't make them. So we waited for the other lady. Then she said she doesnt do chopped when it clearly says in the menu chopped. We will not be heading back all weekend.
When you say F' it and throw a pile of cheese slices at my sandwich you get 1 star. Trust me, don't go here.
