Jersey Mike's Subs

No dine in still :(

I drive a tow truck for a living, and finding parking is hard sometimes. Well today I found a parking lot with this Jersey Mike's in the shopping center. I have never had Jersey Mike's before, and I am regretting that now. I just had one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten. There is something to be said for happenstance, and Iam glad I stopped here today. Great job guys, I will most definitely be back.nPS the cookies are phenomenal as well.

So I tried a new method for a third time. I tried door dash and I ordered a giant steak and cheese and I ordered extra meat and extra cheese just to see if my sandwich was any larger as this location unsually makes sandwiches smaller than other locations and they makes tons of mistakes and they dont have a phone. Well, the sanwich is barely larger than before and I can literally hardly tell if there is any cheese on the sandwich, much less extra cheese as ordered. What is the deal here. I just think this location is run by workers who just dont care. Im tired of buying $20 sandwiches and getting a $5 sandwich. And as mentioned, there is no way to call this location as they dont have a phone. What a rip off.nnI had an issue with a sandwich. I went back up to the location and they replaced the sandwich.nnFollow up. The phone is still not working at this place. They messed my sandwich up again and there is no way to contact except to drive all the way back over there. I called the green hills store, which has the same owner as this location, and a store manager said he didnt know anyone's phone number at the other store so he couldnt help me. Do you know the owner's phone number? I paid $18 for a sandwich and they cant get it right. And that has happened twice in two weeks. My other order was $42 for two sandwiches. Get it right. I went to a j mikes in franklin recently and the sandwich was twice as big and so much better than this location. They cant even pay the phone bill at this location.

Ordered the subs by the box. The order was ready when it was supposed to be. The subs were good. The restaurant was clean and the staff was nice.

I ordered online so it would be ready when I got there. Time said it would be 15 mins, and ready at 11:47a.m.. I arrived at 11:45. I waited till 11:55a.m. and watched 5 people walk in after me, place there order and their food was made, then leave.nWhy do you have an order ahead option if you don't make the food till I arrive?nWhy not insert it into the make line in front of person that walked in after my order printed?nI hope you fix this issue because I love your food.
