Both were wonderfully professional and explained everything to me in full before progressing with the job. This made me feel comfortable and confident in what was being done.nnI definitely recommend this business.
After calling many local businesses and being told we wouldn’t be seen until next week, we called Roto Rooter. Same day service. Our kitchen sink was clogged big time and backing up. We tried everything we could.nnServiceman was so kind and efficient. Very open about what he was doing- found the clog in the main pipe and cleared it! So gross. He then cleaned everything- the floor, cabinet doors, under the sink and faucet. Was not expecting that at all! Pricey- but worth it.
Burim was exceptional! He got here in record time and was extremely professional. He explained everything to me and was patient an thorough. He walked me through step by step and let me watch while he worked. I especially liked watching the camera being snakes through the pipe.nnI would recommend this company to anyone but would put a request for Burim if possible. I wish there were more people like him in the world. He made the start of a not so great day turn out to be pretty great after all.nnEricka J

Thank you John!nnI am not giving 5 because I didnt get John at first and while the company was great at making sure they followed through with thier guarantee, I wish it was done the first visit.
