Tony was so quick to respond to our urgent request for service. He is incredibly efficient and through, and explained all the necessary steps to get the unit back up and running. He and Michael were here first thing Monday morning with a new part in hand, and repaired the unit in no time! If you need a responsive and reliable HVAC company, call these guys! These guys returned my call promptly and showed up when they said they would. Had all the parts that was needed to make a quick repair. In and out in a couple of hours and our home was nice and toasty again. Would definitely recommend them and will surely keep them on my favorites. Keep up the good work.
My heating system stopped working on a Friday after thanksgiving day. I called Tony and he was here in less than thirty minutes. He was able to get the heating system up and running in no time. Cool rite is a great company!
Tony was able to come out on short notice to provide service for our broiler and hot water heater. He and the young man that came with him were professional and kept me informed through the process. Would definitely use them again.
