I have had the pleasure of speaking with Maria in the office several times, she was pleasant and very helpful. In addition, Jay (Batman), Kevin and Eric have been out to my condo to repair and install several items. They are all extremely polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Pedro was great, he was honest about what he thought needed to be done, while giving me the options and prices. Very professional. He also gave me education on what was going on and what to do to when problems arise, what to try. Also gave me advice on what not to do.nI would continue to use Milltown plumbing

We had to call Milltown on an emergency basis; we had a water leak on the second floor and didn't know where it was coming from. Milltown sent out Tim C. and he did a fantastic job at locating the leak; it was in the radiator, and spraying water everywhere. He had it fixed very quickly. This was our second time calling Milltown, and we've had exceptional service each time. Thank you to all!

I had a young gentleman come to repair my furnace. After one hour and paying $85 inspection fee, he told me that the high/low pressure switches and motor of my 5 year old Goodman furnace are not good and need to be repaired and the total cost is $1600 ($400+ for switches which cost $40 from Amazon and $1100 for motor which costs less than $200 from Amazon). This cost is astonishing for a 5 year old furnace. So the next day I had another company to come and look and the technician is much more professional and correctly pointed out that the furnace failure is due to clogged PVC pipe. I cut the pipe line and found a bee hive inside. After clearing the hive and reconnecting the pipe, everything worked perfectly! The technician asked for $100 and I paid him $150 due to his saving me $1600! Should not I get $85 back?!

We had a wonderful experience with Milltown Plumbing. After having issues/concerns with our hot water prior to winter, Bobby and Andre arrived to assess. After their assessment, we were offered 5 different repair/pricing options. Andre and Bobby did not try to sway/impact our decision, and Andre was willing to work with us regarding pricing/financing. It is evident that Bobby is incredibly knowledgable in this trade and worked tirelessly until the job was completed. Honest and professional. Can't say enough good things!
