Tony was amazing! I love my haircut and he knew the perfect style for my face shape! I will definitely come back!
My daughter and I are new to the area, we were out shopping at the local Trader's Joes and we were very excited to see there was a near by Great Clips in the area because we have always had great experiences in the past! When we walked in there was a older Caucasian blonde woman who immediately, rudely shouted if we had checked-in online, and that it would be an extremely long wait-time. I informed her we had not, because we are new to the area we did not know this was a requirement to get serviced. She seemed very overwhelmed and frankly as though she was having a terrible day. Nonetheless, that is not a reason to speak rudely and dismissively to new customers! I think it was also extremely unprofessional that after she shouted at my daughter and I she then turned around an continued conversing with her male client about how long she has been doing hair. I would suggest she takes a training on providing good customer service because she just cost this location two great clients!
The stylists are great. I appreciate that they check temperatures and try to keep everyone safe.
Went to the whitebridge location yesterday and the 2 staff were rude and told my son to go hurry up and sit in the chair since they were closed when we got there 20 min. Before closing. I looked at the lady confused and she gave me a death stare. The lady who cut his hair was also not friendly and didn’t ask me or my son if we liked the haircut. She just stated she was done. And no we didn’t like the haircut. Will not be going back to this place
My son wanted his son's haircut on a Sunday and hour or so wait guess not enough help Cononavirus guess.For the owner if you look you'll see it is at White Bridge Rd location
