The Lash Lounge Nashville – Green Hills

I was referred to Sandra at Lash Lounge in Green Hills and could not be more please with not only my lashes, but the entire experience. She consulted me first regarding the different options available and what to look for with each of those options as they relate to my specific eye shape. I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep while I was getting the treatment done. I am scheduling my fill as we speak. Definitely try Lash Lounge (and Sandra) before trying any other business.

I got the lash lift. It was the first time doing anything with my lashes and I didn't want to go too extravagant. I love them! Asia did such a good job and she described everything that she was doing. She was so professional and so genuine. I'll definitely go back there for any lash needs!

Liz is seriously the queen of lashes. I adore her! I can go 3 weeks in between fills because of her magical talent! I recommend booking an appointment with Liz if you are considering getting your lashes done. She will make you look and feel gorgeous!

Kirsten is amazing!!! She professional, positive and my lashes looks GREAT with every visit. And they always work me in when I need to reschedule, no questions asked. Never a disappointment.nnI suggest getting the membership you will come out cheaper!!!

I’m not usually one to write bad reviews, but I am writing this so future customers can take proper precautions for their health and safety. I have gotten lash extensions several times over the years (and in many different cities/locations) and have never had such a terrible experience. My bad review has nothing to do with Asia, the stylist who removed my lashes. She was an extremely lovely person, and I cannot say enough good things about her. If you do go here, make sure your appointment is with Asia.nnI also want to make it clear that I am NOT blaming the salon for the fact that I was allergic to their adhesive. Reactions happen. I am writing this review because the stylist who put on my lashes did not take the proper precautions to avoid this situation. Additionally, the salon’s management response to my reaction was not acceptable.nnI visited the Lash Lounge on April 9th to get extensions. Kirsten was my stylist. From the moment she introduced herself, she was very short with me. She took no time to explain her process or the service.nI was taken aback by this because I overheard the stylist a curtain over take at least five minutes to explain her process to the customer she was servicing. That stylist told her customer to let her know if she had any itching/burning and took her time to make sure the customer was comfortable. Kirsten did not mention anything like this to me and was very rude/short when I asked her questions. She seemed annoyed by me.nnEven though she did not ask me to, I let Kirsten know that my eyes were itching during my service. I let her know this at least three different times. She seemed irritated when I asked her if I could scratch the corner of my eyelid because it was bothering me––because this meant she had to readjust the eye pad. Eventually, the itching subsided. The finished product was great––my lashes looked incredible and I was happy, despite the rude customer service. Because I believe that everyone should be tipped in the service industry, I left Kirsten a tip.nnAt around 10 PM that same day, my eyes began to swell and itch. I was scared because this had never happened to me with extensions. I took Benadryl, applied a cold compress, and went to bed, hoping it would go down. In the morning, I could not open one of my eyes because the swelling was so terrible. I called the Lash Lounge. Instead of telling me to come right in to fix the problem, they told me they could not see me until 11:30 AM. I went back and forth with the front desk, trying to get in earlier, and they refused to let me come in. I’m sorry, but frankly, my swollen eyes should have been more of a priority. I waited as long as I could but then called them back because I literally was crying because of how uncomfortable I was. Realizing that I was serious, they scrambled and told me to come in.nnAsia removed my lashes. She was so lovely, comforting, and kind. She gave me great advice and seemed shocked that I had gotten my lashes done at this location. Again, if you do go here, make sure to ask for Asia. She is the best.nnI have not received a refund for my service. I lost my money and spent my 25th birthday with my eyes swollen shut :) In conclusion, if you do go here, please make sure that (1) you ask your stylist to do a patch test behind your ear, (2) avoid Kirsten, (3) ask for Asia! Don't make my mistakes! Good luck!
