Best Nail salon in Nashville! Been coming here every week since August. Amazing service! They do stunning, consistent work in a very friendly, peaceful, calming environment. Last night, the owner stayed late, just to do a perfect gel manicure for me! Highly recommend!!

I love Green Hills Nail Spa but was super disappointed in the quality of my acrylic set the last time I got them done. I first got my acrylics on in January and have gotten them filled in multiple times. I went back mid-Feburary to get a new set, but they told me that mine were still in good condition, so they left them on and just filled the nails in for me. Not even a week later, my nails started chipping and the acrylics began popping off, with my actual nails super weak underneath. Super disappointed because I really like this place, but I was upset with the quality of service at my last appointment there.

This place is the best. Jayden is so kind, skilled, and very into the details, which is exactly what you want from a nail tech! I always leave being very impressed and happy with the results. Will never go anywhere else and would highly recommend!

Nails look great for 2-3 days then will start to break and fall off. My other salon would last 3-4 weeks for dip these are broken, falling off, ruining my natural nail, and extremely overpriced. I would not recommend unless you would like to pay 3x the normal price since they are expensive and don’t hold up
