I have had good success in doing business with Coastal Air over the past few years. They come out to do a semi-annual service on our HVAC systems, replaced one unit and did some warranty work as well. They are always great deal with, professional and on time.

We have used Coastal Air Technologies for many years. They provide outstanding service and are extremely responsive. Recently our compressor fan went out. They ordered a new fan immediately and also offered a number of alternatives to this issue. They replaced the fan and allowed us to ‘beat the heat” once again.

My air handler was leaking and I was told by another HVAC company that it was the design of the coil frame and there was nothing I could do about it during the very hot weather.nnI called Coastal Air and met with their sales rep Chris, who went under the house to assess the extent of the leak and also noticed a bowing drain pipe and 3 ducts that needed repair. He assured me that there had to be a crack somewhere and that it was not just a design issue.nAfter I decided to buy new AC systems from him he told me he would send his tech Ashton out to find the crack and give me a temporary fix, at no cost, until they could get here to install the new one, so the leak wouldn't get any worse.nIn no time, Ashton found a crack in the coil, added refrigerant, and told me I could expect the leak to abate in a few days.nAll this service, and I hadn't even paid for the new system yet!nTheir knowledge and professionalism is second to none and I would highly recommend them to everyone!!

They installed a complete hvac system. They did a good job but there were a few things they needed to return to adjust/ or reset. The system is working fine with the exception of some vibration issues.

Ashton with Coastal Air Technologies Inc came to my lab to fix my AC. Ashton was very kind, professional and he took the time to answer my questions and fixed my AC. They responded to my email quickly (i sent it in the late afternoon) and setup an service session the very next morning! Thank you Ashton and thank you too Kim (she set everything up for me)! Great Job!
