Excellent and I mean EXCELLENT service. Josh Freddy were the best to work with and the finance man I’m sorry I don’t remember his name actually found an error from the bank a few days later and got my savings even lower. Best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Everyone from the salesmen to the Lady in the parts were professional and friendly and I really enjoyed buying a car for the first time in my life I highly recommend them

Worse service department ever. Had my F-150 for a month, charged me over $4000 to fix it and it is worse than ever before, we bought it brand new, one and only owner of the truck and now all I get is excuses on why they can't fix what they messed up.nnThe response below is a complete fabrication of what actually happened. The F150 my dad purchased has never sat unused for more than a day, with the exception of the time that Raceway had it in their shop. Raceways response is not true and I've got witnesses, invoices, and work order dashboard numbers to prove that their response holds no truth at all. Please be careful as a consumer, and as a Customer.

My Dad brought a very nice car from there today. The person that waited on us was nice, polite, friendly and professional. He explained everything to us. Thanks for the perfect car for my Dad. Additional comments:. Afterwards, a few days later the car would not crank. The cable to the left battery post needs to be replaced which should have been fixed before being sold to anyone.

We purchased our new F-250 XLT from Raceway Ford on September 5th. Our salesman Josh could not have been easier to work with. He made the purchase process simple and smooth. Our closer Freddie ( dealership GM) had us in and out of the office in less than an hour. Other dealers should follow this model. Its the way it should be when buying a vehicle all the time. Great job guys!! Keep up the good work.
