My husband had an accident the state trooper called this tow service they towed my husband's truck with my husband's cell phone in it I know this because I had location set to track its location via Google being that's what my husband's phone setup through. Well I finally go today to try to retrieve his belongings and his phone from his truck everything's there except his phone. I get into his Gmail account pull up his location timeline watched time frame of towing the truck from the wreck scene to the tow yard his cell phone was tracking the entire time it had what time they picked it up and what time they landed at the tow yard which was 11:15pm, last time that his cell phone pinged was at this properties facility at 9:12 a.m. this morning. I got there at 10:20 a.m. stayed for over an hour searching for my husband's phone everyone outside including the owner swears there was no cell phone or has been no cell phone of my husband's on property.I have visual proof with exact address to this place as last location check in. Have informed the state trooper who called the service owner is still denying ever seeing a cell phone even with multiple pictures and data information showing my husband cell phone was at this location at 9:12 a.m. this morning needless to say I will be pressing theft charges because this is unprofessional and just downright dirty. I wouldn't suggest you do any business with these people if you want your stuff back because heaven forbid your unconscious like my husband was and you couldn't get your belongings out of your truck or your car and you're significant other was not notified until multiple hours after the fact.
