A good friend of mine was in a motor vehicle accident late last night, an was T-boned on the right side of her vehicle.nAs usual, the North Charleston police department took the easy route when it came to reporting in stead of doing their job right to begin with.nShame on them for their unprofessional work ethics, and pure laziness!!!

Why have an emergency number aka, “911” if no one answers! I called tonight and it just rang and rang. So I looked up the North Charleston Police Department number from Google, called them, and some lady said she would transfer me, it gave me the option to press 2 for emergencies or wait on the line. I had a emergency so I pressed 2, yet again it rang and rang. So I hung up.nI just don’t understand why a police station doesn’t have anyone answering phones.nWhat if I had been shot? What if my husband was having a heart attack? What if my baby was chocking? NO ONE ANSWERED FOR ME! How can I feel safe in a world if our paid law enforcements are not even there when we truly need them! In my person opinion North Chas Police are nothing but a joke! This isn’t the first bad experience we’ve had when them, but i pray it’s the last time.nThey deserve no stars but that’s not an option, thanks google ud83dude44

I was questioned by the police while i was sitting my car waiting for my shift to start. I had to come toveork due to the weather. The officier try to be intimating . This police department is a joke and they waste tax payers money. They are a disgrace to that badge.nn.

Unbelievable. This administration lacks work ethic and common sense. I'm not speaking of the officers who patrol daily. Although Their paperwork skills are less than desired! I am purely speaking of the employees who work in the city hall. The duty officers, records and such. After having my car severely damaged by another party I am 3 days out with still no information or incident report. I have spent hours and multiple trips to city hall to end up with nothing. The officer on scene left me a post it note with a case number and the city hall number. Guess what. 3 trips to city hall and still no copy of an incident report. No information about who to contact regarding financial responsibility. So here I am 5 days out with a damaged car and no one to contact regarding the financial responsibility. I was told it could take 7-10 days for a report to become available. I was sent in circles by every single person I was sent to. Every single person at city hall immediately dismissed me to another person who soon did the same. Circle jerk. No wonder north Charleston has such a bad rap. They can't even run their administrative aspect efficiently. Thank god I don't live there.
