I was impressed with the professionalism of this group of officers. I had multiple instances of them responding to situations. Each time they acted fairly and even with a little tough love I needed. I am proud to call Daniel Island home and these officers are a big reason for that. Thank you guys.
The so called detective hangs up on me and says he 'knows my corrupt case'. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND NOT ALLOWED AROUND CHILDREN OR WOMEN. I AM A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SURVIVOR AND MOTHER WHOM HAS BEEN STALKED, WIRETAPPED AND IN DANGER DUE TO TEAM 5 NOT FILING CHARGES, AND IGNORING OUR SAFETY TO COVER A CRIMINAL! SHAME ON ALL! DOUBLE THE NATIONAL AVERAGE STATE FOR WOMEN BEING MURDERED VIA DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SHOULD BE A CLUE,nAND I SURE KNOW WHY! A little over a month ago, I was in a car accident where I was t-boned at the intersection at Daniel Island Dr and Seven Farms Dr. While there were no injuries, my vehicle was undriveable. While working on details; getting carpool picked up and getting the children home, getting my car towed, etc., I realized I didn't have a ride home 30 minutes away. Police officer Leahy asked how I would get home and offered to take me home. Since I needed a rental vehicle for the next day, I asked him if he would be able to drop me off at Enterprise. Not only did he agree to do that but he waited there with me until I signed the contract and he knew I was on my way. THANK YOU POLICE OFFICER LEAHY!
