Great location. About what you would expect for this price point, which was fine with me. The best part is you only use the lobby to check in and check out. The reception are was pretty much empty so it was easy to keep your space from other people. All the rooms you enter from the outside which is a plus when traveling during a pandemic. Would recommend this place.

Pros - The Receptionist, Quintin? (I believe is his name), Was the sweetest. Very helpful.nThe lady who replaced him was so sweet n understanding as well. They allow pets, which is a major plus these days.nnCon's - They need to update the rooms and make sure things are working correctly. The sink didn't drain well at all. Which is gross. The beds need new mattresses.nnOther than these things its a great location, N well priced for the area.

My mother and I stayed in this Days Inn on this past Saturday night. We were charged $250 for a room that was not clean, nor updated. The room was dusty, like it had not been cleaned in months. There was no shower curtain. That didn't matter because there were brown stains all over the bottom of the tub. The toilet seat had pock marks all over. There were cockroaches and ants in the bathroom. Another guest had the same complaint. $250??? Are you kidding?

Our room was clean an comfortable enough. You pay 90% for the location. Staff was kind and helpful. I'm not suggesting this is 4-star lodging, but I'm rating the experience. They provide the basics (even fridge and microwave.) I had to perform a. minor toilet repair to make it flush. But at 1/3 to 1/4 the price of other options in the immediate area, I have to elevate the score.

There were some pros and cons, but overall, I had a positive experience, and would probably book again. The location is outstanding, and at the time of booking, it was the best deal in the area so central to downtown. I dealt with a few different staff members at the front desk, ranging from very polite and helpful, to mildly polite and short. With the room, it was fairly dated, but the bed was comfortable and clean. As far as the rest fo the room, I'm not sure if it was the carpet or the bathroom floor, but whenever I stepped into the shower, after having walked around the room, there was significant dirt and debris washing off of my feet in the water. That was probably the biggest negative.
