The staff was amazing. Even though I forgot to finish my reservation on-line, they fully respected my attempt and even gave me the room I asked for with my discount. Clean rooms, nicely presented, great staff
Everything was great, but the floor wasn't clean when we arrived. The room had a weird smell at first, but we got used to it after our first night.nnThe breakfast was very good I had no complaints, but i didn't like that many are ignoring the mask policy. Very few even seem to care to wear their mask even with it posted everywhere.
They do require besides paying for your room and ADDITIONAL $150 hold on your card. You will get notified of that until you have to check in! They really need to work on the cleanliness of the building. So renovations needed and lots of hair found on pillows in our room and a light was also out. For a quick stay it's okay.
The staff was very rude, the floor was dirty and sticky, the room smelled, the air conditioner stopped working again after maintenance supposedly fixed it! I requested for the floor to be cleaned was told “I’m sorry but I seriously doubt that the cleaning crew will be able to “ then I requested another room and was told they had no available rooms so later that night the manager Hallie switched my room for me and it was a little better but floor was still dirty! Requested an extended stay and it was approved by Hallie but the next morning the staff absolutely straight up told me NO! So I had to pack and find another hotel that’s actually very nice and clean! I will never ever go back to stay and will absolutely never recommend this hotel to anyone! I WANT MY REFUND
The staff was very nice. However, I was on the first floor not far from the bar. One guy got a little loud and chatty while talking to someone ( for a long time)in the hallway.Second. I was overlooking the pool, which was great in the summer, but no way to block.out the light.
