What we liked about this property: Location, location, location, the usual amazing Kessler bed, the roof top outdoor area was nice. The wine blending experience was great. The host was funny, upbeat and friendly.nWhat we didn’t like so much: SMALL room, even though we were upgraded. I felt claustrophobic. The bathroom felt bigger than the sleeping are itself. No daily housekeeping, what’s upnWith that? Bar and restaurant were at full capacity, so no excuse for no daily housekeeping, bring those people back to work please. I love the art displayed all around these hotels, however, we covered the one on n our sleeping area with a bath towel, we felt it was creepy.nI’m a huge fan of the Bohemian hotels and have stayed at many of them. I can’t wait to try the new property in n Savannah.
Cameron was wonderful. Great eye contact. Beautiful scents as soon as you hit the parking lot. Everyone was beyond professional.nA+

Hotel is nice and wine bar was good. Hotel and Eleve both charged my card for the same receipt so their accounting is a bit shady. Will hopefully get a resolution soon.
The location of the property is great! Unfortunately this is where everything ended. The clerk at the front desk, Casey, argued with me over valet parking charges. I flew into Charleston and took an Uber to the property. She told me that she saw me drive a vehicle to the property. I have never driven any vehicle in the state of South Carolina. I also found out that my American Express card was charged three nights for valet parking. American Express gave me my money back, but this doesn't justify the unnecessary attitude I received from Casey. I will never return to this property again and I'm filing a formal complaint with the owner himself. I have video footage of the bizarre attitude I received from her..
