Didn't even make it past check in. Lady at front desk was rude, stopped waiting on customers to inform me I needed to tell my 11 year old to be quiet because he was running and yelling in the lobby as I was unloading the car. Two adults in my party also in the lobby stated he was not running or yelling, my child walked in to the hotel complaining the bags were heavy and that was it. Her stopping me like that for no reason irritated me to no end. I requested to be checked out and refunded my money. Went across the parking lot paid over a $100 more a night for a much better experience. Rude and terrible customer service, won't ever think about staying here again, and I come to My. Pleasant 5 times a year.
First hotel stay since pandemic began last year. Hampton is taking extra effort to assure a clean, disinfected room as well as safe breakfast and other amenities. This is a great location for us and Hampton makes it an enjoyable stay.
Very welcoming and rooms were clean. Even with COVID restrictions in place the atmosphere did not feel very constrained - for the entire week from first arrival to departure felt like a homely experience.
Great hotel at a great price. Front desk representative Lashawn was super professional and helpful!
The beds are A-maz-ing!!!! Loved the breakfast too
