This hotel lives up to it's reputation for high quality and service. Furnishings were modern and very pleasant with nice touches like artwork reflecting local attractions. The bed was extremely comfortable and amenities like the refrigerator and microwave were very practical. Real glass glasses were provided which is one sign of an upscale hotel. The TV was very large with a great picture and sound and had many channels including several HBO options. I was very pleased to have the Weather Channel instead of the lower quality weather competitors. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my stay!

Great hotel. Very convenient location. This hotel has a luxury feel to it.n*Update* My wife and I were treated in the most respectful and courteous way by Ms. Kendall. The customer service she displayed was A+. And as diamond members we truly appreciate it

I decided to visit home & try out the double tree for a change 3/19/21-3/21/21. The young lady at the front desk, Kendal was very helpful & inviting when I checked in & she was great on check out day as well. The room on the other hand, was a disappointment.nn- The tall floor lamp did not turn on, I reported it to the front desk as we left for dinner. We came back back & it was on but it only appeared they replaced one light bulb out of the 3 & I couldn't turn the lamp off/on unless I reached behind the couch to unplug the lamp into/out of the outlet.n- The fridge had left over sticky inside on the door & on the shelves to the point I didn't even want to put drinks inside.n- The shower floor & tiles were stained as if they weren't ever cleaned.n- I attempted to use the iron & ironing board & the ironing board was soiled/stained all over to the point there was no chance I was going to risk getting my white shirt dirty/stained. I had rather wore it wrinkly.nnI would not recommend anyone stay at the double tree if they are looking to get there money's worth & want a comfortable stay. That will be my last time booking with Double Tree.

The hotel did a great job managing our check-in stay, and check out with the new COVID guidelines. Everything was clean, and we did not have to interact with staff unnecessarily which limited exposure. I noticed that the bar area was not adhering to social distancing guidelines, although people did seem to be following the mask mandate when possible.

Super convenient stay - right near the airport in Charleston. The staff was very helpful and made us feel welcome, even coming in extremely late in the evening.
