I really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The lady at the front desk was professional pleasant and had a lovely personality. Beds were comfy. Bath was nice. Great location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely choose to stay here next visit to Charleston ❤
Clean, ample parking. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel but we were able to drive the 10 minutes into downtown and find parking reasonably easily. The lobby looks like it's been renovated recently. My only complaint is that the bathroom is a little small. It's perfectly functional, just a tad small.
Beautiful decor, nice rooms with comfy beds. Love the outdoor seating area. Great location, convenient to area attractions, highways, etc. Nice restaurant on property with full bar and great lounge spaces. Publix and a couple of eateries adjacent to hotel, less than 2 minute walk.
Friendly service, excellent food at Saffire Restaurant, clean and spacious guest rooms. Perfect location to downtown Charleston and other things to do in the area. Hotel lobby is beautiful along with the courtyard. We will be back for another visit.
Hotel lobby done up perfectly. Great job decorating throughout hotel. Great service on check in and given written COVID-19 hotel procedures to be kept informed. Room was super, nice and clean. Other guests all wearing masks while walking about. Only downside is the rooftop restaurant is closed, didn’t say that on website or I missed it. Was looking forward to having a drink and app there.
