I've been staying at this hotel here and there over the last year for work. The hotel is just about done with a renovation and looks much better than a year ago. The amenities are serviceable and what you would expect from this chain/ price level. It is centrally located to some great places for food and the staff has always been friendly.

Listen, I understand that it was an inexpensive stay but goodness gracious ! There were stains all over the carpet, pillows, and the bathroom. One of the stains on the bathroom floor was orange and looked like vomit, and it wasn’t one of those “I can’t get it out”, it just wasn’t cleaned thoroughly enough. This was all in a newly renovated room.

My room had a mini fridge and a microwave which isn't always the case at budget motels. The bedspread was nice and the staff were friendly even when I accidentally locked myself out of my room. For the price, my expectations weren't very high, but the Days Inn has proven itself worthy of another visit. I probably wouldn't stay here any longer than just overnight, though. If I was looking for a room for a couple nights or more, I'd most likely opt for something a little more comfortable. In my mind, the Days serves its purpose, which is to save a few bucks on a room I'll mostly just be sleeping in anyway.

I recently stayed at your property over the weekend and it was quite a terrible experience. I was there for an event in town that I was the host of and I couldn't even take a shower after driving from another state because there's no hot water in the room. We tried to explain this to the girl at the front desk but she responded that we should let it run for 15 minutes to get it hot. That never worked. We couldn't even call the front desk to let her know what was going on because the phone was not working. So we had to keep walking up there. There was no coffee in the room or at the desk. The bathtub was dirty and my children had to take cold showers. I took a face cloth bath because I couldn't bear to take such a cold shower. Before leaving a review I wanted to reach out to give you an opportunity tenaud what happened, but you were not willing to give me a refund.

Paid 300$ for the room and got hit with another 200$ in pet fees. These fees were not on the website or posted at check in. It's 25$ per animal per pay. Be aware of this before you check in believing you're getting a deal. We spent over 500$ for three nights there and it was NOT worth that amount.
