I needed a tent and chairs for a wedding. I reached out to Snyder and they made the entire process seem painless. The cost was reasonable for the amount of time we had to use everything. The delivery guys were respectable to my property as I was to theirs. I highly recommend them.

Rented some chairs for my daughters birthday. The quality of the chairs were good and the service I received when first scheduling was great as well. I only rated it a 3 because when picking up the chairs and dropping off the chairs I was yelled at by the man at the pick up/ drop off section of the business. He was a tall African American man in his 40’s. I thought maybe he was having a tough day but when I dropped off the chairs, he once again yelled at me. I personally believe it was very unprofessional & made me not want to use this business anymore.

Snyder Event Rentals was so easy to work with. They communicated efficiently and made sure our order was perfect before we made the final payment. They made adjustments when it was necessary. I didn’t see them arrive or set up, but everything was put together by the time I walked out! They were more than happy to drop the China, flatware, and napkin orders because we decided to go with disposables due to COVID. Amazing company!

Desiree was amazing to work with when planning the rentals for my wedding reception. Even in the midst of COVID with constantly changing my order numbers, she was very responsive and helpful. The rentals were perfect and the room looked amazing when we arrived! We also worked with Spike for bar service and the bars were great. I highly recommend working with Snyder and Spike!
