I have stayed at this hotel 3 times. I’ve always used a credit card till the last stay. I used cash, which meant I had to give a deposit. The VERY rude man who checked me out was looking for a reason to keep my cash deposit. The reason he used was that I had a pet. Which I did not! My boss that picked me up that morning had his puppy in the truck and he saw it and assumed it was mine. I have talked to several other people who have experienced pretty much the same thing. So, if you have to stay here try not to use cash because these crooked people will make up a reason to keep it!!

Check-in was not customer friendly and very time-consuming to resolve all matters. It took me approximately one hour to check in after first contact with the front desk because my perception that there was a lack of clarity regarding the whole check-in requirement. I had to make two trips to the bank to get cash to check in when in fact I could have only made one trip if given the proper information.

Called to inquire about the price of a room and had a hard time hearing what the gentleman was saying extremely rude. I dont recommend this hotel at all

Incredible! Stayed for two weeks through Christmas & New Years. They were very accommodating and friendly! ❤

I love the new look of the room. I was very comfortable in their furniture. I could only suggest more toiletries to be in each room. The bed was soft and had plenty of pillows. I will stay here again
