Valerie is amazing! She shows that she truly cares about good customer service. I have been a member at this car wash for quite some time and I was about to cancel my membership until they came under new management. Clearly the new manager takes greater pride in this establishment and the people who are paying good money to be members. Give it a shot if you like to clean your car frequently like I do!
I came to the North Charleston location after work one day and it was a great experience. I had trouble downloading the app but the sales rep named Valerie helped me get thru the process quickly and painlessly. My car looks great minus a few small baked on smudges that had been there prior to the wash. Overall, a great service!
Joe and his Crew was very professional and polite. I drive a 2021 jeep and every question or concern i had they answered and provided me clarity. Awesome job guys! Keep up the great work
Decent Auto Car Wash - uses a machine for that - decent. The real value is that Vacuum/Pressurized air stations are available (included in the wash cost) and work very well. You can take your time are really get all the dirt/sand/dust out of your vehicle, and out of the crevices in the dash/other areas. I like this feature the most.
Zips is better than Finn's! Valerie was awesome and checked on us after we brought our super muddy truck through. The $20 wash did a GREAT job.
